5384 - Audigy 4 SE... Creative Vista x64 drivers not working
I don't think 64-bit drivers are available for this device. You need to check Creatives site, but they usually release drivers after the OS RTM's. I would file a driver request using the feedback link on your desktop. -- -- Andre Windows Connected | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta

They definately have drivers for Vista available. I'm assuming that they aren't compatible with this build, or (as usual) there is some issue with the card. I really hate using Creative hardware.
But I think what Andre's trying to say, is that there aren't any x64 drivers... so x64 users are screwed.

The Creative website has specific downloads for:
- "Windows XP Professional x64 Edition" - "Windows Vista 64-bit" - "Windows Vista 32-bit"
....of course I JUST saw the qualifier. The Vista drivers are based on build 5231.

But you requested driver support for build 5384, you contradicted your ownself: http://jm.creative.com/support/downloads/download.asp?MainCategory=1&sOSName=Windows+Vista+64-bit®ion=1&Product_Name=Audigy+4&Product_ID=14103&modelnumber=&driverlang=1033&OS=27&drivertype=1&x=23&y=11 -- -- Andre Windows Connected | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta
